The HPN Academy offers a structured training program consisting of three days of online instruction followed by two days of practical training. Throughout the program, you will learn the HPN Principle step by step under the direct guidance of an experienced trainer. During the first three training days, you will learn the theoretical foundations, structure, and training content of the HPN Principle through live online instruction. During the following two practical training days, you will apply what you have learned together with your trainer. Professional Information Learn how to clearly explain the hypnosis process and provide clients with understandable information about each stage of the session. 3. Initial Consultation Learn how to conduct a structured consultation, identify goals and expectations, and assess the client's current situation. 4. Hypnosis Test (Suggestibility Test) Learn different suggestibility tests and practice how to apply them. 5. Hypnosis Induction (The HPN Principle) Learn various hypnosis induction techniques for standing, sitting, or lying positions and gain an understanding of the structure of the HPN Principle. 6. Physical and Mental Relaxation Learn different relaxation stages and practice how to guide them effectively. 7. Deepening (The 3-Method System) Learn three different methods for deepening hypnosis and practice their application. 8. Addressing Blocks Learn structured approaches for working with limiting thought and behavior patterns within the HPN Principle. 9. Topic Applications (Universal HPN Principle) Using smoking cessation and weight management as practical examples, you will learn the structure and application of the HPN Principle.
