Introduction Phase You will learn how to establish a trusting basis for communication and manage the initial contact professionally. 2. Professional Information You will learn how to explain the hypnosis process and the subsequent procedure to clients in a clear and understandable manner. 3. Preliminary Consultation You will learn the structure of a professional preliminary consultation and how to identify the client’s goals, wishes and initial situation. 4. Hypnosis Test (Suggestibility Test) You will become familiar with various suggestibility tests and practise their application. 5. Induction into Hypnosis (The HPN Principle) You will learn different methods of inducing hypnosis while standing, sitting or lying down and understand the structure of the HPN Principle. 6. Physical and Mental Relaxation You will learn about different stages of relaxation and practise how to conduct them. 7. Deepening (The 3-Method System) You will learn three different methods for deepening hypnosis and practise applying them. 8. Releasing Blocks You will learn structured approaches for working with limiting patterns of thought and behaviour within the HPN Principle. 9. Topic-Based Application (Universal HPN Principle) Using smoking cessation and weight reduction as examples, you will learn the structured process and practical application of the HPN Principle.
